Before we deliver your order, we always verify your address details with your office. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, we confirm it with our logistics department and begin to process your goods for delivery.


Every goods acceptance order shall contain:

  1. Description and quantity of the goods placed by customer
  2. Description of the delivery method (own means of transport, delivery or postal consignment etc.), in accordance with the delivery forms agreed on by both parties.
  3. Stated delivery date
  4. Additional delivery markings (delivery number, invoice number, customer delivery & address details, contact details of the customer, payment terms etc.)

Orders are delivered by our delivery crew during business hours and a signature will be required upon receiving your order.


When can I expect my order?


Once your order has been placed, it will be handed over to our logistics department and your order will be processed.  If the delivery address is within UAE, goods will reach to customers within 24 hrs.


What happens if my delivery goes missing or damaged?


In case of any problems with your delivery, you can directly contact our office or the respective sales executive and they will sort the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed regarding the progress of our item and if it is a manufacturing defect, we will deliver a replacement.


How long will it take?


MODEST offers a standard delivery option to all emirates in the UAE. Schedules are based on delivery time, please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas. Standard delivery procedure is generally the next day.


In the event that the ordered items cannot be delivered by MODEST, due to us not being able to fulfil their requirements, customers have the right to cancel their order and they will be informed immediately.
